Surprised at so many poor reviews. I purchased a tank from this company 20 years ago, and it is still in perfect condition after standing in the full sun 24/7 for all of that time. I want another one, so phoned this morning, no time wasting from this man, he is always straight up, short and to the point, not rude in any way, a lot of people must be very thin skinned these days. I got a price and measurement for the two tanks I asked about immediately.

What a rude salesman!! I'm surprised your company still exists!! I have called to get a quote to install a watertank. When I asked for details (I have no ideas what size I need and how much it costs), the salesman laughed at me loudly in the middle of our conversation simply because I don't know how much a 1000L tank costs. How ridiculous! I found that is very rude and asked what's so funny? He asked me 'what? Am I not allowed to laugh?" Mate, are you serious?

We bought two slimline tanks in January 2017. Two weeks later when the tap at bucket height began to leak, we rang up and were told we could come in and get another one. We didn't want another poor quality tap, so we simply wrapped plumbing tape around it to stop the leak. Another two weeks later, the same tap snapped in half and we had the fun job of trying to stop around 3000L of rain water from gushing everywhere.
