Excellent experience - I was desperate to get my HFC NBN connection working for working from home and home schooling, Marc went out of his way to come and help, arrived on time, honestly answered all my questions in plain English, fixed the problem where 3 other NBN technicians left me confused and without any internet service. He also stayed around testing my connection for 45 minutes just to make sure. Reasonable price too. I could not speak more highly of this company.
