Couldn't love this place more if I tried. The range they have is so extensive and excellently priced. Every time i go there's always a surprise new addition and free coffee over a certain amount spent... winning.....
All the ladies are so so lovely and they pack your bags perfectly. No bananas on the bottom and tins on top 😂💪

In general, fruits and vegetables are fresh.
I had a coffee and croissant at the next coffee shop. Coffee was ok but the croissant was too dry and old.. I told one of ladies who work there that the bread is too old.
She was like just looking at me, and no responsed.. I just threw it away after one bite.

First delivery just arrived after only hearing you guys do home delivery yesterday afternoon! Was pleasantly surprised to be able to secure a spot for delivery today (the day before Easter weekend) everything super fresh and the meat (which I never even realised you sold) is incredible quality. Totally recommend this store! Friendly staff...especially Jose who is usually out front offering advise/samples! He is always so happy and friendly and helps make doing your groceries enjoyable. People are… always quick to send messages of complaints but I would like to send the owner/ manager a message of thank you for the lovely service and products your staff always offer! The majority of grocery items are so overpriced it's ridiculous . No continuity at all randomly placed items scattered around the store not to mention the amount of out of date or close to use by items dump around the place, ( I have been a recipient of that ) Grocery store? more like a grocery joke!!!!

The worst customer service I have experienced in my life.
I was paying in the check out that day. My seven years old boy collects coloured coin. My boy asked the check out lady politely if she has any special coins. The lady took a coin out and said “I have it, but I am not giving it to you.”
What kind of adult will do this to a young kid? If you are not giving it out, just say no.
I am a regular customer but won’t return.

This is the best cafe in Westfield not only because the prices are so cheap and the food is so fresh but the service is exceptional. Khan and Holly who are the barristers are professional and make an exquisite coffe everyday without exception. Khan and Holly are always smiling even when they are under the pump and they acknowledge every customer with a smile and kind word. The other staff including the chefs are also amazing. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and give it a try
