Mark is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers and retains the accreditation of Certified Practising Conveyancer (CPC). The ongoing education together with over twenty years in the industry ensures that your property transactions will be handled in the most efficient professional manner.
Serena Midwinter, Registered Conveyancer has worked in the property industry for over twenty years. Having recently become qualified to practise as a Registered Conveyancer her outstanding background in Banking & Finance and the Conveyancing industry provides a sound base for which our clients benefit from her experience.
Rod has over 30 years' experience in the property and conveyancing fields. Rod's long and varied career in conveyancing began whilst he was the Conveyancing Coordinator at ETSA Corporation (now SA Power Networks) where Rod attended to the negotiation, documentation and registration of easements for electricity transmission and distribution infrastructure.
You may have bought or Sold through a Real Estate Agent who will arrange for the Contract of Sale and Form 1 Statements to be executed by all parties. Once this step is completed your Conveyancer requires those documents to complete the legal paperwork required to complete the Transfer of your Property with the Lands Titles Office and other associated government departments.

I had the pleasure of having Selina Dolman as my conveyancer during the purchase of a property. The agent, vendor and vendor's conveyancer were nightmarish but, this did not stop Selina from providing the best service possible. She went above and beyond to help me through a difficult settlement. If you are a first home buyer I would highly recommend Four Points Conveyancing and especially Selina Dolman.
