Embroidery machines are driven by computers which read digitised embroidery files (electronic stitch patterns) created by specialised software.
We use the latest Tajima embroidery machines which allow for up to 15 colours to be embroidered simultaneously. We have 2 8 head machines, 2 6 head machines and 2 single head machines. Pantone colours are used as a reference to match to thread colours. However, the range of thread colours is limited when compared to pantones and the closest (not always exact) match is used.
