We picked up our new Essential Cruise 6 in Oct. we had great service and advice on the pick up thank you to the staff at Alan Graham. We finally made it to Tamworth for 2 weeks for the country music festival, staying at City Lights Caravan Park. We had a huge dust storm hit us yesterday. Thank you Essential for making a sturdy and functional caravan. Every thing works 100% we have not had one issue, as important with the dust storm the van was closed and no dust in the van.

I purchased a newland van from them and had problem with one of the blinds I rang the service department and gave them the measurements and description of the part I needed was told that the person that orders was busy and they would give her the message I have been waiting for a return phone call that has not come I rang back after 2 hours and was… told that she had gotten the message but that seemed to be a task from her very disappointed about their service I had to go elsewhere to get the part all great when you are buying your van after that don't want to know you i could not recommend
