HI All, If you looking for zero after sales assistance for your RV purchase from these guys. Apollo and Talvor is the place for you. You will be disappointed about service as there is none. Once you have the keys, your on your own. Just spend time reading their reviews of rentals and sales on the net. Yes I bought a run down piece of junk. Save your heartache, dollars and look elsewhere !!!!!

I have been trying to contact Apollo spare parts by phone and email. No response.
Their sales dept is very good and they have even called me but no one from spares has made contact. Its been over 10 days now.
I will try again tomorrow. This is horrible as i am travelling and as you can appreciate you are not in the same location for long to plan delivery with someone unreliable is a nightmare.
I have since been contacted and received parts requested.
As i am travelling i set-up an Australia Post Postal Locker but unfortunately this proved to be a waste of time as the delivery service used by

What a nightmare.Trying to get warranty work done on our BRAND NEW WINNABAGO.After a frustrating 6 weeks of trying to contact the service department ,to book in a day for repairs ,we finally got a date.
The repair to the shower light (which is a feature light),which needed to be fixed looks like it has been cracked of the wall and repaired with the worst silicone job I've every seen.You can see the cracks and broken panel.They couldn't even print out any paper or receipt of work done as the service department does not have a computer.Didnt mind changing our trip itinerary when we finally got a

Salesman at Brisbane for new rv's said he couldnt care less ( with profanity) about alteration I was enquiring about as he's selling so many motorhomes in the range they already had. He also said the Avida was "Old hat " as they had better options in other brands, yet the company advertises Avida as one of their brands.

Bought a Talvor Keppel secondhand and have found there is no spare parts backup. Was given an email address to after sales department at Apollo but never had a reply !
To source parts i googled Jayco and got what i needed from numerous sites, maybe buy a Jayco next time !
Have since had email from Apollo telling me the part i wanted is obsolete and that i should try Bunnings !!!

If you rent a camper from them, insist to check that everything works before accepting it and driving off.
We had the following issues with our Camper and it really affected our holiday...
The shower drain was totally blocked we could use it for the entire trip.
The gas heater did not work.
The gas water heating did not work.
The supplied bedding was used and extremely dirty.
The extra paid drop off and go service is not as easy as what they market it as.

Never ever purchase from this place!!! Once they have your money they treat you like rubbish. Was suppose to pick up a $110k capervan to be told 2hrs prior we cannot due to the hot water system being replaced. Then we are told it is replaced but they have no plumber to certify. Offer to bring a plumber but then get told the new hot water system is not completely fitted and all factory staff gone home. Contact factory to find out no new hot water system has been fitted and they are waiting on a part to fix faulty hot water system. First representative Adam we spoke to told us if we did not like
