We've been with Cornerstone for over 10 years, and have always had top-notch service. I even had my agent reply to concerns I had over a holiday when the office was closed. Everyone I have dealt with in the office has been professional and so helpful, and they are great and explaining the sometimes confusing subject of home insurance in a very effective way. The entire team at Cornerstone makes you feel like family and they really do care. I recently had to submit a claim and my regular lady I deal with was away. They had another broker get in touch with me and he looked after me like we were old friends despite never having talked or met before. He walked me through the entire claim process and followed up regularly throughout the whole process. The claim has now been settled and it could not have gone smoother. I would highly recommend Cornerstone for anyone looking for a broker that actually cares about their clients.

Cornerstone has been my insurance broker for about 10 years. Joyce Fung is my account manager who has been very responsive and helpful. 2 years ago, the insurer made a drastic increase on the house insurance premium. Joyce was able to source another insurer with a substantially lower premium with more or less the same terms. In June, she also assisted me to bundle my auto insurance to make the house insurance premium even more competitive. I will surely partner with Cornerstone in the many years to come.

We've dealt with Cornerstone for a number of years now for both personal and business insurance and they're the best insurance company we've ever worked with! We've recently moved and Kirk was amazing to deal with in getting us our new insurance policy and kept us in the loop the entire way. Cornerstone is a great company to work with. I have always had great customer service in a professional timely manner. They have always been happy to help me and answer any questions that I may have regarding both my home and auto insurance policies. I have been with this company since i was 16 years old, and am now 40. I have since left this insurance broker, for no other reason but that my Husbands job has a corporate deal with his place of work and it was too much of a savings for us to pass up. I highly recommend Cornerstone Insurance to anyone looking for great customer service and great insurance
