I had been dealing with a number of companies in the telephony space and frankly I was put off but the very sales orientated approach they all had. After seeing an ad on Facebook I decided to look into Infiniti and from that first call I was blown away with their approach. on the sales call Richard truly consulted with me in an expert fashion. On handing over to the installation process this was handled by fantastically by Matt. Finally the actual installation with Shane was seamless. We recently installed a new VOIP phone system and NBN connection with Infiniti and found their service and follow-up to be first class. They helped us with a very smooth transition from our old PABX phone system to a modern VOIP system. Their pricing was also much better than some of the well-known competition. Thanks to the whole team, but special mention for both Scott and Richard whom were very helpful with the guidance, quoting and installation work.

I was recommended to Infiniti Telecommunications through a business colleague. We found their pricing extremely reasonable compared to other large Telco's for exactly the same product. Dealings with them were very professional and we received prompt service and installation. On the day of installation our Tech installer was very professional, prompt and everything was installed without a hitch. He even dealt with Telstra for us to sort out our phone hook as that had previously been installed by Telstra and it was a shambles. So thanks for the great service you provided.

Well these guys are great and rock , after a long week trying to get Telstra Business centre to fix a system that we purchased from them we had no luck loosing 10k a day with a system that didn't work , I made a call to Infiniti Telecommunications last Thursday (7th of feb) and Garath organised a quote while we were talking and had full new system installed today (12th of feb) by Shane , its NBN ready and he explained everything set up the computer for any changes we needed and its a outright buy not like the deal we received from Telstra business .
