Mr Telco are a visionary telecommunications installation, maintenance and fault repair Company that's aim is to provide our residential and business customers a simplified way to book and schedule a wide range of telecommunication services and including NBN cabling and faults through our closely connected ISP and business relationships.
Are you a licensed telecommunications contractor/technician or engineer looking for work? We are Currently seeking licensed private contractors and technicians to join our amazing team. I highly recommend Mr Telco to anyone wishing to investigate problems with their ADSL connection or speed. Fast, friendly and efficient my problem was solved in 30 minutes and my ADSL speed was doubled.
Do you require an additional or new phone line installation and phone socket within a residential premises or commercial business? Our telephone technician will attend your home at a time convenient for you and professionally install your phone cabling and phone socket.

Our telephone techs will install your new phone lines according to the guidelines specified under the ACMA (government authority) and test all phone sockets at the end of each installation with quality phone test equipment and tools.
Do you need to fix your phone line? Is your phone line crackling, buzzing or simply your phone line not working but internet seems OK with no dial tone? You'll need our ACMA licensed phone technician to visit your premises to identify and repair your phone line.

Some common problems with many phone lines and especially if you are located up the coastal areas of Australia are corrosion with your phone points and poor jumper connections from previous telephone contractors that may have performed poor workmanship upon the initial installation.
Internet faults can happen just about any time of day and there can potentially be many reasons why your internet connection is slow or not working and now have no internet access. Eeek!

The worst part, your internet service has most probably stopped working at the most inconvenient time, so you could potentially be looking for a reliable private ACMA approved internet and phone technician to visit your premises and repair your connection anytime of day or night!Internet connection types we can isolate or fix?

I would just like to say that I am very disappointed in the service I am currently receiving on the Sunshine Coast. I booked this company last Thursday. They have a 20 minute reply system. With the way I have curt been ignored they can take $60 off!! First time took an hour for a reply. Organized then for the following morning. Was told I would be… contacted by 8am. That didn’t happen. I contacted the number, waited AGAIN for another hour and contacted AGAIN! Finally told “ Sorry been held up “. Too late for me so booked for the following Monday. Once again no contact for

What a sham of a business. Gave them a week of notice to setup a call out to pre install the NBN Cable and then told the day they were meant to come that the tech couldn’t come for another week. Avoid this business!!!!

You can never get anyone to answer the phone - have to leave a message, they say they will get back within 2o minutes, or take $20 off the bill (yeah? - and just jack up the bill by $20). Well if they can't ring me back in 20 minutes,I'll take my business to a company that answers the phone. Which I did.

Purchased many devices which turned out faulty. They simply don't care, they lie, they never call back, extremely bad after sales support. My advice is, stay away as they only care about the sales, not their customer

Emiliano Riccitiello came to help diagnose an ongoing NBN internet connection problem. While the issue is still not fixed (unique problem is left in the hands of NBN to fix 😤) Emiliano did all he could to help, he was persistent and wasn’t going to give up until the issue was resolved. He and my husband swapped stories, recipes and he even left with fresh garden vegetables from our garden.

Our phone line began losing dial tone and internet began failing, whilst always slowish.
My ISP, Dodo, responded quickly by requesting aTelstra technician to check the 'fed in' speed for which the Telstra Technician reported fed in was ok, then suggesting my problems were internal.
Today in frustration, i paid for Telco Technician to check my telstra fed in and my internal system. The Mr Telco technician confirmed my internal system was perfect however the telstra fed in system was unusually slow i.e:
-downstream line atten 28db with upstream only 4.5 db.
-downstream SNR 6db with upstream 25

Went from bad to worse. Bad: over 2 hours late. Worse: this was a very simple job - run 6m of fresh cable under a window sill, and then establish a connection inside the house. Instead of trying to hide the conduit, Eric decided to run it right to the main entrance of the house. Literally 40cm away from the front doormat. Potentially a trip hazard, and so ugly. Made him rip it up, and run it along a shorter route. Shouldn't have to have clients tell you how to do your job. Poor communication, lazy, and it cost almost $400. Ridiculous. Head for the hills if Eric of Mr Telco ever crosses your path
