We have had a great experience with Oasisgrass. All the way through from our first contact with Shanna to waving goodbye to Rohan upon completion, it was just a simple no pressured process. Rohan and his team have done a fantastic job and just lifted the whole area visually. We did this for practical reasons (for our pets) but we’ve had so many comments from visitors and passersby about how great it looks. During the installation Rohan explained what he was doing and requested our input on how we wanted it to look visually where the edges start and finish. This actually meant a lot and shows

Knowing that it would be a very busy period coming up to Christmas, I contacted numerous synthetic grass companies with Oasis the only one to get back to me. Extremely frustrating initial contact with Oasis lead me to leave a somewhat disparaging review. Rohan did eventually contact me via telephone apologising for the lack of customer service etc, prompted I’m sure, following their sighting of my review, which I have now amended as above. I hope others enjoy a more pleasurable experience.

Extremely happy with the work Rohan at Oasis Grass did for us. We had artificial grass laid over our pool deck and it looks amazing. We had another deck and didn’t really want green grass as it is too close to the house. Therefore we opted for black grass and again it’s amazing. It has transformed the area and is very modern looking. Rohan was very reliable and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend him.
