As the name implies, add on cooling is for homes that have existing ducted gas heating but want cooling for the summer months. It works with your existing gas ducted system to keep you cool and comfortable all summer long. It was a pleasure to deal with Rosanna Heating and cooling, they were professional in every aspect including installation. They were the only company that arranged an appointment to come out and quote the job. On time to come for the quote and on time for the installation, very impressed from the word GO! Purchased the 8.5KW Daikin Split system Air Con & Heating unit about a week ago, hasn't had much use yet but appears to work very well the few times its been ON. Rosanna Heating sent a team out to install a new 3x headed split System in my 1930s place. The team had great solutions to fit the systems into the roof space and hide the cables and were careful working around the old plaster and my possessions. They were also quick to follow up with me to ensure things were satisfactory on my end. Good times

We had a reverse cycle system installed this week. John was professional in discussing our requirements and providing the quote. Matt and the team were outstanding in installing the system. They were efficient, polite and communicated well when they were on site. Each day they removed all rubbish, sweep the floors and left the house spotless. One of the best businesses I have ever dealt with. We will recommended Rosanna Heating and Cooling to our friends.

After trying to get a quote from a few different heating companies (who never answered the phone, or promised a quote but never sent one), I called Rosanna Heating and Cooling and got a response straight away. From the initial phone call, right up to the completion of the job, they entire team was warm, friendly, and very professional.
We had a very old ducted heating system that had stopped working, but we weren't sure if it needed replacing or could be fixed. We were advised of our options and ended up getting a new unit installed. The team even had a cancellation 4 days before they were due

At the beginning it was great to see the site was inspected before quoting a figure.
Then you were very helpful with tech info regarding the units to decide on.
The guys who installed the system: Evan, Nick and Liam, great and seamless work, thank you!
Especially Evan who hid the water pipe in a cavity, which initially looked impossible to do, great stuff!
Everyone at Rosanna HC that we spoke and dealt with was very helpful and professional.
