Tax agent was openly racist towards Indian's, claiming she doesn't like doing their tax returns which I found quite rude. I proceeded to do my tax return with her which went smoothly, she then proceeded to tell me my total for my return. Which was well below what I initially expected, I told them I wasn't happy and her attitude went sour from then on, claiming I wasted her time. But I also waited almost an hour after my booking time to get in. Pretty poor from a professional company.
Would not recommend them to anyone if you're looking at getting a good honest tax return.
