Had an unfortunate accident and one of the daughters of the drivers for Ace stopped to help me out and organise a tow. John the owner later rang to check on my welfare and assure me was car was kept safe overnight and would be dropped to the smash repairers first this the next morning. Great service and drivers. I highly recommend this company.

John took care of me at my crash. He called the ambulance and took photos of the accident as well as the other drivers details. He made sure I was ok and kept me calm. He ensured my vehicle was towed and secured with a photo and a text once he towed it to the yard. Offered me a replacement vehicle if I needed it top bloke top service. can't fault it

Lady on the phone in the office was very helpful. John was very understanding of my situation and accommodated my needs and made sure my car was safely and professionally towed. He even helped recommend near by mechanics. 5/5 stars!

MASSIVE LOVE TO JOHN GRIMSHAW!!! I can't thank you enough for helping me today. Car broke down in horrible heat and I was on my own. You hurried to where I was and your beautiful wife even gave me a freezing cold bottle of water. Air con pumping and u made sure I was comfortable and safe. John was incredibly helpful, keeping in contact before and after he picked up my car. He made a quick turnaround on a last minute call and I can't thank him enough for that! Absolute pleasure to deal with; very professional, knowledgeable and careful.
My car is show condition and understandably I'm a little paranoid when other people handle it, but I have great confidence in John's abilities after he very carefully loaded my old girl onto the truck and delivered her safely at the other end.
He sent photos once the car was delivered at my mechanic's shop and followed up with
