Missed the 30 day return period partially due to covid. Wouldn't give me an exchange of a size for a nursing uniform. Very disappointed in this service especially given the hard times for front line workers.

If you're thinking about odering uniforms for your workforce, avoid this supplier at all costs. The quality and fit of their products is abominable and their customer service and returns policies are archaic and do not adhere to consumer laws in NSW. If I could give less than 1 start, I would. The reply to this review is complete virtue signaling as the contract manager had already been in contact with me without mention of the client requirment, instead reiterating that it was the ADA policy to reject exchange outside of 30 days.

Unable to try on work shirts before ordering. Ordered 3x size 8's, on arrival found they were too small, unable to fit over shoulders on removal. Went through the strict return process, called company, explained issue, given return code, filled out return form and reposted. New package finally arrived, immediately put on and wore to work. Unable to remove shirt, had been resent 3x size 8's. Company refusing to replace the worn shirt with the size I ordered despite being required to by Consumer Law. No apology for error. 3 emails 2 phone calls later manager pretended to not understand the issue

Unfortunately NSW Health uses this company exclusively, I have yet to meet one person who has received a correctly fitting uniform with their first order, despite the numerous measurements you have to supply. Which means you have to send everything back and wait for them to receive it then resend the hopefully correct size uniform to you. If your measurements change and you update them, they will still send you the same size uniform. Which you will have to call them to return, they will have to wait to receive it and then eventually send you hopefully the right size. In a number of calls to them

Double charged me and took weeks to refund my money. Too scared to buy anything from them now.
