Great staff to deal with in Launceston, really went out of their way to make things line up. Our van exceeded expectations. Well appointed to make our holiday off the grid so much more comfortable and… enjoyable. So many people have commented on the presentation of the van. Looking forward to returning and without hesitation using AutoRent again.

We have hired several campers in the past but the service from Autorent at Launceston airport exceeded any we have experienced before. From the pre-hire video explaining everything about the camper to its immaculate condition and the fab fridge that worked amazingly, even after 5 days of bush camping. They have raised our bar on camper companies and we’ll definitely hire from them again!

Thank you to Jill Coyle and wonderfull staff at Hertz Car Sales Hobart. My daughters recently purchased Mitsubishi ASX unfortunately had engine problems needing immediate attention. True to Hertzs committment the vehicle is being repaired with a courtesy vehicle being made available to my daughter whilst the repairs are completed. Wonderful service!!!!!!!!

My husband and I have just spent three wonderful weeks in Tasmania. We decided to fly over and hire a small Motorhome, we shopped around and kept coming back to Hertz Auto Rent. A medium size van for two with the permanent bed over the cab. From the minute we picked it up we were wrapped. All was explained and absolutely everything was provided and… taken care of. The bed and seating were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to store suitcases and bags. We spoke with three other couples who hired the same and we all sang praises ( the other two waved! )😀. Returning the van

Vehicles are A Class (Fiat 2-4 berth), customer service is brilliant. If we holiday in Tassie again, before we move there, we will definitely be using Autorent Hertz again. Pre pickup communication is fantastic and the team will answer any question.
