I agree with Alex, and add that for my Personal organizer Dayplanner, month to view, the holes are too small for the diary to lie flat, which rather defeats the purpose. You have also changed the format from week beginning Sun, to week beginning Monday. I understand that I'm a tiny minority of your users, but once again, we get rubbish so you get your heap of money. Nice. and I already know your service is poor, as is your website setup. Congrats.

I would not was your time or money on the "new look" 2022 Debden diary refills. Seriously. The font/print is too light to read, there are no bold lines which previously separated the days of the week and better print as in the 2021 and earlier refills. Just an excuse to raise the price for rubbish. Why alter something drastically when the previous version ALWAYS sold out. I could understand if the stock was not moving. I HAD to select one star as there is "no star option" available to post this comment.

Try to buy one of the Collins FY diaries I've been using for years and the online store charges more for postage than the diary costs, but they have their own issue with colour SO THEY DON'T POST ANYTHING!
You lot are a joke! Like so many other reported to you: no way to reply to problems your company create, very slow to post (if at all).

Great products & range (5 ***** rating for the product) - absolutely atrocious customer service or response to order query. On the website there is no contact phone number, just email form - I sent email response 7 days ago chasing up my order & have yet to receive any response.
Finally tracked down phone number, only to be directed to message bank. Have left details about my order.
