These kennels also have wall mounted fans outside the sleeping area that keep them extra cool during hot days we also have one x-large that can take 3 large dogs that are air conditioned.
Discount for long term stays over 4 weeks is available and is negotiated at time of booking. A deposit may be required to hold your booking during Xmas / New year / School Holiday and Peak periods. I only had a brief look in their cat area and it was fairly cool on a hot area and clean. I can't give 5 stars because I didn't go there to review Cooltre so didn't look around. Jetpets have chosen them as one of their pet boarding services which probably means they have met some important criteria regarding care of our pets so is probably a pretty good choice for your pets.

I highly recommend Cooltre Pet Motel Boarding Kennels. When it comes to my dogs I am extremely picky. I selected Charlie and Kerry's kennels because they are modern, safe, clean, have automatic water, great beds, grass fenced runs and above all else, they have care and extensive knowledge and experience in dog behaviour and health. Thank you Charlie and Kerry, for giving the best all day and night care to my fur babies. Your diligence, understanding of my breed and my dogs needs is exceptional and I will definitely be back.

Thanks to Cooltre Pet Motel for looking after Danny for the 2 1/2 weeks we were overseas. We were concerned about leaving him as we have never left him before. When we came back Danny was in good spirits and was well looked after.

Cooltre Pet Motel would have to be the best kennels to board your dog. I am FIFO worker & have been boarding my girl at Cooltre Pet Motel for a couple of years now, excellent friendly service from Cooltre Pet Motel Owners / staff they take excellent care of my girl & she is always excited to see the staff when I am dropping her off. I thoroughly recommended Cooltre Pet Motel to anyone for boarding there pets :-)

My husband had an unexpected medical emergency and Charlie accepted our 2 cats on very short notice for 3 weeks. This included the Christmas/New Year period which was not an issue for Cooltre. Both cats were looked after as though they were the staff's own. They were very happy and healthy when we picked them up. Although pleased to be back home with us I know they loved their little 'holiday'. We will definitely use Cooltre again; I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Thank you to the amazing owners of this amazing doggy hotel You even catered to my sisters five chickens who were all snoozing when they arrived at our house we finally found! You were also so patient with our messages as we were feeling so lonely without them by our side and like we'd let the animals down by not coming up with a home sooner, but… Charlie was amazing and so kind and sent us photos of everyone my beloved Bullmastiff cross once again won a lot of hearts as she was given lots of hugs by the woman who dropped our loved animals off to us and stayed around as I cried over being

I cannot say thank you enough for the lovely care Charlie and Kerry took with my 15year old most loved pet. we left him in your care for two and a half weeks and he has to have meds every day and he was just so spoilt, thank you so much!!! i highly recommend these kennels. and could not fault their care they had for my dog. also very clean well kept kennels and run's. will be back thank you both again, kindest regards.
