We are ideally located in Naracoorte in the Limestone Coast region of South Australia, just down the road from the Coonawarra wine district. Rusty started the company over 21 years ago as a single operator. His work primarily was sourced from local farmers and stock agents. We are now preferred carriers for large corporations such as Teys Bros. & McBride Operations.
Over the years the fleet has grown substantially and now currently comprises of 7 x B/D sets of cattle crates, 5 x B/D sets of non-bruising custom designed convertible crates, a 48 foot convertible crate and one dolly for Road Train use. We are able to do Singles, B-Doubles, Road Trains and B-Triples whether it is sheep, cattle, alpacas, goats, deer or pigs, as long as the route is gazetted or permits are issued.

Here at Crane Livestock Transport we cart your livestock at very competitive rates, all over Australia (including Tasmania & Kangaroo Island). Cartage mainly consists of sheep and cattle, but we have carted pigs, goats, alpacas, deer and awassi's. We pride ourselves on the fact we are a professional, ethical and trustworthy family owned and operated company.
TruckCare is an independently-audited quality assurance program for the Australian Livestock Transport Industry. The program is built around the quality assurance principles contained in international standards and Australian laws. It addresses animal welfare, food safety, OH&S and biosecurity risks.
