Inspection reports are building science, not building construction; knowing if and when action is needed. We use solid practical and university level educated inspectors. Our building and pest reports investigate the construction "risk management" system for prevention of termites. The combined building and pest report covering all elements of the building from a professional building science perspective.

It was a pre-purchase inspection. CSI actively chased the real estate agent to get access as soon as my request was received. The report is thorough. Paul called to discuss the results as soon as he completed the inspection. Such a lovely man and a delightful experience. Highly recommended.

I have used them years ago, I have different background, inspector was old Aussie man, he had great opportunity to chat with Aussie owner during inspection, when I approach them couple times they stop talking or change conversation. Inspector wasn't able to check roof properly due to narrow opening !! ???. Then we have found termite damages in the roof and garden timber fences. Likely we did not buy that house. Just I was cleaning my drawers today I have find that building inspection report and remembered this experience. I am sure they will say "I am not their customers" anyway my name is not

Outstanding expert report for NCAT or Court. The expert Paul O’Donnell is the best in Sydney! He is well renowned at the tribunal by the members. Thanks Paul! Could not have won without you.
We went to a previous cheap inspection company for our completion report which produced a poor report and missed defects. Luckily, Paul saved us in NCAT when we made a claim against the builder and we were able to win against the builder.
