I take the time to walk around your floors with you, while pointing out any issues of concern. Most of all, I listen and answer any questions you may have about the work. Every aspect of the work is factored in so there are no surprises. For example, if a floorboard needs replacing or bracing, I will take the time to show you.

Karl has done an amazing job of our 100 year old hoop pine floors. He blended old and new, keeping all the character and making it look fabulous. So pleased we found someone that spent as much time in preparation as in the application. Could not recommend Karl more highly.

Karl is a gentleman. He coated our floors and they look amazing! I am so thankful we chose the matt finish (as recommended) as it looks great. Two years on, the floors are standing well up the abuse of two kids under 4. Karl was even kind enough to come back 2 years later and coat a small section when we removed a kitchen cabinet. I certainly will be using Karl again in the future as we continue to renovate the house!

We've recently had a repair made to our deck which resulted in the exposed part of the deck being replaced. This meant we needed the original deck sanded and the entire deck coated. Karl has just finished the job and we couldn't be happier.

I would like to highly recommend Karl from Economy Floor Sanding to anyone who is wanting their floors to be taken care of by a dedicated professional! Karl has spent the past week totally transforming the floors of a nearly 50 year-old-house. They are absolutely stunning now.
