Disgusting service since Graham has left, purchased 4 Haaga Sweepers through them and have had problems with each of them failing with parts coming off, very difficult to deal with Industrial Cleaning Equipment for a warranty claim, they finally said it was covered under warranty, had the machines picked up, and then sent 2 quotes for expected cost to do the work, after telling me it would be at no charge.
Furthermore, then tried to bribe me, saying if i purchased a vacuum, they would fix the sweepers at no cost!
Account closed, will never return to use this business and they have just lost the
