Pope's into this place to. Get some alterations to a motorbIke cover to make it fit one of my Baetec (wheelchair accessory) the women was great the work she didn't was excellent and the price very reasonable so I decided to take a pair of curtains to be shortened and hemmed, 2 panels, quoted $15 when I went to pick them up she added $5 to the price saying she didn't realise it was two panles.. OK no biggie.. She did a good job and $20 was still reasonable so I decided to bring 2 more pairs this is where I lose faith she just did a pair for $20 upping it from the original $15. Qoute, so here I am

Disappointingly, the service undertaken to my Pffaf actually made its operation worse. It was OK before IMS took it, just doing the 'right' thing by keeping it services. I would have been better off not bothering. I had to take it elsewhere to be serviced again and their opinion was whoever worked on it previously had no idea what they were doing! Disappointed.
