You couldn't get anyone better than Matt and his team to fix your problems. Professionalism of the highest order and absolute class workmanship. They runs rings around NBN technicians (who were of zero help) and they can fault find and repair anything no matter how difficult the situation. Amazing knowledge and skill to detect and repair any phone and/or internet problem.

Matt and his team are absolute pros. Prompt, knowledgable, and they do a great job. Even when the job presents a challenge, they find a way to get it done, while also respecting the cosmetics of the house (minimal cables exposed etc) and they tidy up nicely afterwards. Worked with them twice now, to extend hardwired internet to different parts of my house, and both times they smashed it, 10/10 and the fee is very reasonable.

Matt gets an essay because Matt deserves an essay. If I could give him ten stars, I would. Not only did he turn up in the pouring rain to initially assess the problem, but he then returned a day later to fix it in one night, when two nbn technicians - on previous, separate visits - couldn't (oh they said they fixed it, but did not).

Matt was amazing....I had constant problems for months with new NBN set-up & connections even after NBN Technicians visited twice!!! ...plus I had a confusing & messy switchboard w cables all over the place...In came Matt & like Magic & in no-time sorted & tidied up & minimised my switchboard removing all the old uneccessary cables & adding wifi extenders thru the house that I didnt know i needed....ALL FIXED, RUNNING FAST & NO DROPOUTS!!!!

Excellent service, arrived on time, show Matt what we wanted, he suggested something else and now works perfectly. Moving one router to another area and now have two wifi in the house and all area are now covered.

I have been having issue since moving to the new house with my NBN FTTP. The NBN box outside the house was installed in the inconvenient location and resulted in us not able to install the NBN NTD inside the house to get the internet connection. Matt came over to assess the issue. He recommended the ideal solution and gave us the quote. One week later we got it all sorted out. Matt is very professional and dedicated technician with NBN knowledge far surpassing even the NBN employed technician.
