Richard Eden started floristry when he was 14 years old working in his aunts florist shop after school. It wasnt long before customers were asking for the boy to make up their bouquets instead of her. His aunt was somewhat put out by this turn of events but soon came to realise that Richard had an extraordinary talent.
Panache then creates beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets to be part of your story. From the death of a loved one to the arrival of a new family member flowers are sent as a symbol of love. From a new romance to a 75-year wedding anniversary. We ensure we have a wide range of flowers online to remember and celebrate these life moments.

I ordered flowers for the 24th of Dec, one month in advanced. I kept waiting today for the flowers to be delivered but received no delivery status about the flowers. So, I called Panache flowers to ask where my order was and I was told that my order had been missed due to 'administration errors'. I ordered through their website, so I fail to see how they weren't able to check for any 'missed' online orders, especially during the festive season when flower orders are constantly placed. I will not be ordering from Panache Flowers again, it is extremely unprofessional, and frankly unfair that my order

Racist owner delivered the most horrible service I’ve experienced in Australia, will never step foot into this store ever again. Asked for a bouquet of white flower arrangement from a burly looking Caucasian man, was told there was none, so I paid the $80 for a bunch of pink roses. While waiting, saw another florist bringing out a bunch of white roses. I approached the man again and asked for it and said I couldn’t afford that bunch as it’ll cost around $150 and you could only afford these ones and paid too little. Also said it was “too late to change”. Shocking. Please avoid. I have

DISAPOINTED..... I was in Sydney and wanted something beautiful and different from my mums B'day in Melbourne so I found Panache Florist and chose the stunning arrangement of Phalaenopsis Orchids costing $200. I was shocked when I saw how different they looked from the picture. The whole arrangement was out of proportion and only had three long stems with a few flower on each one. I was embarrassed to mention the price and family we're not impressed to say the least not to mention the card was roughly hand written making it difficult to read. At no point was I told that the arrangement was going

Ordered flowers for my daughter in Melbourne (I live in Scotland).
Seamless service and the floral arrangement in a glass bowl was amazing, colour and choice of flowers were beautiful. All arranged and delivered within 24 hours of ordering.
