Update: administration did do their best to rectify this, changing review as a result. The poor communication from the area technician does not reflect the whole company.
Still, Technician did not fix leaking faucet issue. Very poor experience, issue still not rectified.
Awful communication and correspondence. Filter replacement technician was scheduled for our job twice. We were notified he would show up at a random time within a 4-hour time allocation. I set aside plans especially so I could be home for the day they provided - technician showed up neither of the times. First time he only called

Using these water filters, the water always tastes great. I have been a customer for over 25 years, so that just illustrates how good they are. I had a bench topfilter and have just changed to the under bench filtration, the service was excellent, and the technician has been great. Just a tip, keep the old filter cylinders, they make an excellent fridge odour neutraliser.

We are long term clients of Pure Water and have been maintaining our original Reverse Osmosis System these many years.
This system has been working amazingly and giving us beautiful tasting clean drinking water as well as saving our kettle from having to be replaced yearly from the horrible harsh tap water in Butler WA. Our kettle is still spotless inside as we only use the filtered RO water even 4 years later.
On average the system cost about $200 a year to maintain when including replacement parts and filters over the years, and we have only

I called Pure Water Systems yesterday and spoke with an amazing service agent called Lenny about getting our under bench reverse osmosis system and shower filters serviced.
Lenny was able to to track down the required filters even though we have a very old model (around 15 years old) and arranged a service call within 2 days!!!
The pricing was reasonable and equipment and after sales service continues to be phenomenal.
Pure Water Systems and Lenny continue to be highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, reliable water supply for their home or business.

We were sold a 2nd hand unit, and when I questioned the condition of the unit, was told they are essentially hire units, and we can return it, and get a deposit back. when we enquired about returning our unit, told this wasn't the case at all. very deceptive sales techniques, and I suspect illegal. The prices are ridiculous, and the filters can be… sourced elsewhere significantly cheaper. The service when it comes to installing new filters is ridiculous and they do not try to accommodate your schedule at all. I have not one positive to say about this experience and would certainly not recommend

Moved in to a house that had a pre-existing system that had not been maintained for over a decade. I spoke with Marica on the phone who had every detail of my system in her files and also gave me a very impressive run down of their company. I was given a couple of options (Decided to go for a new system) and in less than a week I had a new system… installed and ready to use!
