We did a lot of research before choosing a company to go with for our fence and gate, after so many family and friends had bad experiences with their gate installation. We're so glad we went with Residential Gates! From Donna helping us choose our design, to Scott's excellent and perfectionist installation, the whole process was a breeze! We couldn't be happier with the finished product. It might not be the cheapest in Perth, but it's high quality and definitely value for money when you see the final work. I want to thank Donna & Scott Newman of Residential Gates for their work and going above and beyond for us. I bought a new car and while they were fabricating the materials for the final gate (which was beautiful), they also fabricated a gate in the interim to provide protection (and they didn't have to, contractually). Their prices are reasonable, the service is second to none, and the workmanship was without fault...Would recommend these people (and will do) without hesitation....thanks Donna/Scott & Residential Gates....

Scott installed a large automatic gate across our double driveway and we couldn't be happier with his work. He had great advice and made adjustments to suit our requirements that other companies had not been able to.
The fabrication, operation and overall appearance is of the highest quality and not only has it provided us with the security and convenience we were after, it has also improved the appearance of our property.

My wife and I couldn't be happier with our electric sliding gate and infill panels for our front renovations. The materials used are very good quality and Scott explains every detail very thoroughly during the measure up and quote.
During the quoting stages I initially contacted 4 suppliers and residential gates are the only ones that wanted to set the rail into a concrete footing for the sliding gate which is what sold it for me. Be very careful with the cheap options out there that others supply because you get what you
