I brought a garage door opener kit from Syd. After I did the install I ran into problems. The team from CJs came out troubleshot the system and identified where I went wrong and fixed it all at no additional cost.

We found CJ's via an internet search. When we first spoke to Syd on the phone he seemed a bit detached (to be fair he did have a cold at the time). When he came round to check what the issue was we discovered not only is he very knowledgeable and understood what was required for the repair on our door motor he also gave us a good price (we both work in mechanical/electrical fields so we have some understanding of what was required). Because of the age of our door motor we asked for a replacement price and Syd didnt try to talk us into one or the other of the two options, which we very much appreciated
