ABBEY Thermalboards, established in 1981 continues to service Queensland, Northern Rivers regions in New South Wales with high quality exterior house wall cladding for new and existing homes and commercial buildings. For more than 40 years, our dedicated and experienced team has been responsible for over 30,000 commercial and house cladding jobs throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
Building Code of Australia (BCA) - National Construction Code (NCC) 2019 requires vinyl wall cladding to comply to Australian standards for new constructions. If any vinyl wall claddings cannot provide successful tests in-writing to Building Code of Australia level they should not be used, cannot be certified and any property may become difficult to sell.

The estimator Dirk Pronk has also been great to deal with and was extremely helpful when we were choosing colours.

We would highly recommend Abbey Thermalboards. From the start to the finish it was seamless and they were happy to work around our working. We had Dirk that come and gave a free measure and quote he was good to deal he was very informative and patient without being pushy for us to sign a contract answering all our questions and concerns with the upmost professional manner. We also liked the safeguard payment plan that protects us with us holding back 50% of the final contract amount to make sure we are completely happy with the end result.

We would highly recommend Abbey Thermalboards. I saw a newly completed house in our town and emailed them for a quote. Within 2 days we had a visit from Pete (who was in our area) & measured and quoted. Prior to this he gave me a list of completed homes in our town. Spoke to a local lady who had hers done 20 YEARS ago - and still looks like it was freshly painted - she also had outstanding comments about workmanship & the company. The installers Mick & Steven turned up 5 weeks later with everything they needed - took less than 2 days to install on our 3 bedroom home. They were lovely friendly guys

Our introduction to the company was by a representative visiting ate our request to conduct a measure and quote. He was professional, polite and an outstanding representative for the company. We were so impressed with the quote we signed up immediately.
Our cladding was a large job however it was completed without fuss by Dan despite the very hot weather. Dan completed the work by himself and did an outstanding job. We are very pleased with Dan, he was brilliant.

We would highly recommend Abbey Thermal Boards. We found the salesman, David, very informative, answered all our questions clearly and was most helpful with suggestions re: colour and trim. The installers, Terry and Blake, were excellent, professional and courteous. Terry, a long term employee of Abbey, obviously takes pride in his work and ensures everything is done to a high standard. The end result was above our expectations and it has transformed the appearance of our house. David even called after the completion of the job to ensure we were pleased with the result. Frankly, the whole experience with Abbey has been positive, from first contact, quotation through to installation.
The house was completed within the timeframe specified and the tradesman on the job couldn't have been more helpful.
The end product exceeded my expectations. The silver lining......I don't have to paint ever again!

I couldn't recommend Abbey more. David (the sales rep) answered all my questions, came back several times to ensure we were comfortable with the product and to make sure my wife was happy as she couldn't make the initial meeting. The installers (John and Earl) did an incredible job. They came across a structural issue with my home whilst doing their work. They helped me come up with a remediation plan which delayed them a couple of days. They didn't mind as they genuinely wanted the job done right. Cladding is expensive however they were cheaper than their competitors and it's and investment in

Fantastic company - really looked after us through the whole process. Everyone from the office to the warehouse and our installers worked really hard to ensure we had a result we were happy with. The product is great and has totally transformed the look of our house. It is durable, termite proof and never needs painting so is well worth the investment.
