I had Graham inspected my house. After waiting for 2 months. I gave him a phone call on Friday he said the report will be completed on next Monday, I contacted him 2 weeks later, he said again the report will be completed on next Monday. I contacted him next Wednesday he said he cannot do it and advised me to go to someone else. He wasted me 2 months.

I was instructed by my local council to apply for a building permit for a fence that I was planning to erect. I contact Graham at JBSS as he was recommended by the council officer.
We started the process to apply for the permit but never ended up going through with it as Graham was very rude and unprofessional. I contacted Graham by phone to discuss an email that was sent to me on this phone call Graham was extremely rude and belittling.
I have engaged another surveyor who has completed the building permit I required quickly as Graham had be stringing me on for months.
I would not recommend
