I had the pleasure of dealing with Chloe and Hannah at Ray Dobson Real Estate as I was looking for a rental property in the Greater Shepparton Region. They were both professional and genuinely helpful.
There are several other Real Estate agencies I have applied through and after 4 weeks, I am still waiting to get a response regarding my rental applications. I called these other Real Estate agencies several times per week and I always get the same response, “Yes the property is still available. Yes someone will contact you soon to arrange an inspection”.

My partner sold her home through here and they went well above and beyond to find a buyer. Furthermore we were able to secure a fantastic rental through them. Of all the real estate options in town we have nothing but praise for them and their hard working staff. Friendly and polite employees who genuinely assist people with all their needs. Our little dog is very happy in his yard in our secure and clean property and the buyer of our former home is pleasantly wrapped with their new country manor.
