Really responsive and helpful agency. OC assisted us find a rental that was just right for us while we were overseas. I’ve rented through a few companies before and had so many bad experiences with professionalism.
I was so impressed with renting through Owens and Cass. I had Jessica as my property manager and she was always so quick at responding and assisting with the issues that come up over the rental period!

We sold our home and agreed on a 30 day settlement. We started looking for a rental property straight away as we know how competitive the rental market is at the moment. Due to the efficiency and professionalism of the staff at Ouwens Casserly real estate we didn't have to look very long. We sold our house on Saturday filled out an online rental application Monday, viewed the property Wednesday, and got the call on Thursday to say we had a home to rent. Sam has been fantastic to deal with, she is extremely knowledgeable about the area and was always there for us every step of the way.
