We sailed into the Gold Coast commercial boating scene back in 2011 and thanks to our loyal guests and amazing crew we are thrilled to have grown to where we are now, offering 3 beautiful sailing catamarans for private charters and cruises departing from Marina Mirage.
With years of commercial boating experience in Sydney and the Gold Coast including skippering charter boats, water taxis, jet boats and commercial jet skis, Sailing in Paradise owner Steve Buckley brought a new style of sailing experience to the Coast.

Step aboard one of our stylish sailing catamarans and take in the sights of the Gold Coast Broadwater with a Sunset or Island Cruise. By day our Island Cruise offers a light lunch and Island Stop where you can enjoy activities including Stand Up Paddle-boarding, Inflatables, Beach Volleyball, Snorkels or simply relax and take a dip at Wavebreak Island.
Take in the sights of the picturesque and calm Gold Coast Broadwater, including impressive super yachts, Sea World, Palazzo Versace, South Stradbroke Island, Wavebreak Island and the Gold Coast Seaway. This is a laid-back cruise experience on a spacious sailing catamaran that you are sure to love. With no more than 30 guests on board we curate a social atmosphere and we can't wait to welcome you on board our beautiful boat!
Our ticketed sunset cruises are currently not operational due to social distancing requirements. We are still offering private sunset charters which are suitable for groups from 2 to 30 guests. Looking for the Gold Coast's best sunset views? There is no better place to watch the sunset on the Gold Coast than relaxing on a yacht on the Broadwater!
Give the gift of a beautiful memory! Your guests will be invited to join us for a beautiful 2 hour sunset and city lights cruise on the calm waters of the Gold Coast Broadwater. Departing from Marina Mirage aboard a spacious sailing catamaran, the cruise includes a complimentary glass of bubbly to enjoy whilst watching the sun sink gracefully behind the mountains.

If I could select more than 5 stars I would! What an amazing sunset cruise we had for my best friends hen party. Everything was fabulous from start to finish. Both Jamie and Steve (our captain Jimmy!!) were simply fantastic, couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you for such a great experience. Cannot wait to book another sail!

Fantastic full day outing on the gold coast, we were so blessed with beautiful weather after weeks of rain! The boat was awesome! Spacious, clean and comfortable. We had so much fun when we stopped off at wind break island, the activities provided by sailing in paradise made the afternoon extra special! Would highly recommend this trip for everyone, families, friends and young and old would enjoy. Thankyou JJ and Chanel for being excellent hosts

I cannot fault the service of the Sailing In Paradise team. From initial enquiry, through to booking, the process was automated, transparent and easy. On the day, the team were fabulous, the boat in perfect condition and we were treated to the most fabulous, relaxed day on the water. I would highly recommend this business and experience to anyone, locals, tourists, couples or large groups like ourselves, it as sensational.

Fantastic day out! We booked Sailing in Paradise Spirit of Gwonda for a 3hr cruise for a staff retreat, and every single person loved it - such helpful and personable crew, a beautiful boat, stunning location and island stop, and plenty of fun and laughs. The almost-300 photos we were sent the next day were just the icing on the cake. Thank you Sailing in Paradise, would 100% reecommend to anyone interested in a Gold Coast cruise!

We had the most incredible day for my sister's hens party. The crew were amazing, and the food was delicious. Having the crew take photos throughout the day, and being able to organise catering through Sailing in Paradise made it so much more relaxing and enjoyable. All the communication with the team before the event was great too. I look forward to sailing with them again soon.

Had the most amazing afternoon on Spirit of Gwonda! Great, friendly crew and a beautiful boat. Couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will be back on for as many events as possible in the future. Huge thank you to Daniel and Jemma for making the day so fun, they're absolutely lovely.
