I had shopped around for a bit but ultimately decided to buy my new car from Harry. He’s very easy to talk to & eased off all anxiety & stress I had. He made sure I understood everything & gave a very detailed demonstration about the car. Can’t recommend Harry enough to people who are interested in buying their first brand new car

Tropical Auto did a good replacing our gear shift chip, and made sure the job was done as per the quote given. Great team.

Went to check out new car, bought a car from Ben, sales manager before ,always enjoyed that experience, and always said if the opportunity arose again, Ben would be the one to talk too.

Visited on the 23rd of October, walked around in the sun for 30 minutes looking for 6 cars listed on the website, which after enquiry at the front desk, as no Sales Assistant had approached, I find had previously been sold 5-6 months ago. Extremely disappointed.

My partner and I went it to buy a new MUX with finance ready to go. All I was told as soon as he saw me was good luck finding one and I’d doubt we’ll have anything in you price range and he walked off. So we went to Ian Weigh Toyota and bought a Fortuner

Not happy with the way you get treated AFTER you get your new car. Was told the first service on my car was free wellll no it's not and they didn't say a word about payment until After the work was done and then slugged me $322 won't be recommending tropical auto group to anyone

After owning a Mitsubishi Pajero since 2005 and having very few issues when it came time to buy a new car I chose the Mitsubishi ASX GSR. Now you have seen it advertised on TV. That fun little SUV is exactly what you get. Great seating, vision, controls, many accessories, a car that is great to drive, good in city traffic, quick to get going, good breaking power, wonderful turning circle, 2.4 petrol engine and Continuously Variable Transmission or CVT as it is known. Driving the car you feel no changes in gear, just consistent acceleration or deacceleration. Very positive steering and easy to miss

Great service from Amy and the other staff, had the vehicle serviced there today forgot to tell them about a loose wire, didn't have to, they found and fixed it. Will be back again.😀

Great staff. Steph's awesome and allways looked after us. Paul has an appreciation for cars and it shows. He's always willing to listem to any concerns i had. Yvette always cleaned our car with consideration and the only other person I ever let wash my car. I'm kinda particular about it. Photo 10 mins after picking it up. Look at the shine 😍😍. If your buying a Mitsubishi... Joy's your woman. She is amazing and has the knowledge. If she doesn't know she will find out asap and be honest with you.
