I am searching for an investment property in the Brisbane area. Being from NSW I had no idea who to get to do the Pest & Building. After many hours of internet research I found Kasper Inspections and I just liked the sound of their business and reviews they had. Josh and Chris were were straight onto the job for me.

I would highly recommend Kasper Inspections to anyone purchasing a new home. We had Chris come out and look at two different properties and both times he was not only punctual, but extremely thorough. The level of detail on each of the reports was impressive and very helpful when it came to making some tough decisions. Chris from Kasper Inspections did a building and pest inspection for a property that we were purchasing. He did a professional job with reasonable details and was happy to talk to me over phone to provide general comments on the property as well. Unfortunately, I have to let go the property because of the seriousness of the number of issues. However, it was better than purchasing and then had to dealt with all the maintenance and repairs myself. I had an option to negotiate on the price but it was risky to do so because I am an interestate buyer and it would have been difficult to make all such
