Fantastic job and service by the Smartshutters team. They installed motorised shutters for almost all of our windows. It has been 3 months and the shutters have been working flawlessly! The service we’ve received from them is a true standout. They were very accomodating to what we wanted notably the 4m wide shutter they did for us for our alfresco area. They were recommended to us by a friend and we are so happy and have no regrets whatsoever getting them to install our shutters! I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get shutters.

We have just had 5 shutters fitted. Smart Shutters have been a delight to deal with. They have always been extremely helpful from the very first phone call and arranging the quote. Kim arrived when he said he would to quote the job and gave a very competitive quote and full explanation on how they work. We were quoted about 3 weeks to get the shutters custom made and fitted, but it was done in about half that time. The fitters and electrician were quick, very capable and extremely friendly and courteous. They cleaned up after they finished, even taking down 2 old canvas awnings and disposing of

We have required a sliding door, the 1st door they bring to us was a push door, they have to take back. 2nd door the lock put on wrong place, they want to drop $50 instead of fix, we declined. 3rd door is stucked on rubber, under their skills they cannot fix it, so they give me 2 choices, 1st is they take door back without return deposit, because they fixed the first 2 mistakes which are their mistake, not my fault.I have to pay their mistake. 2nd choice is pay them rest money without fix problem, if not pay the boys not leave my house. The reception lady just angry with us for their fault. This

We had 7 roller shutters installed by Smart Shutters in September. All of our dealings with this company have been of the highest standard. Kim provided us with a competitive quote and was prepared to organise the colour of the shutters to match the paint colour of our house. None of the other 2 companies that provided us with quotes were prepared to do that. The installers did an excellent job and were ready to answer any questions we asked. The electricians came a few days later to complete the connection. The office staff were efficient and obliging. Thank you all at Smart Shutters for a job

This company was a joy to work with from the first call to the last visit to connect the electricity to my shutters. We have already noticed the house is warmer. There was a huge choice of colours. The shutters are thick and heavy. (these are not the security shutters, just noise and weather) The company owner (Kim) visited the property during installation, which I thought was very professional.
