I needed a part for my expensive roller shade by Roll Ease. Everyone was nice on the phone and directed me to a website where I could buy the part. This part is super small and plastic. It probably cost Roll Ease one tenth of a cent to make one. The website forces you to order a minimum amount of $10 and then they charge you an arm and a leg for shipping. Disappointed that they couldn't mail one to me for free. Whatever happened to taking care of your customers?
