Jarrad was very helpful knowledgeable... Also very quick with diagnosis & new water system installation. Gave precise timing on parts pick up & installation times, followed instructions very well, as my side access gate had to be closed when my kids were playing outside. Professional company representative... Thank you Jarrad, was made to feel like no questions, were silly questions & very polite... Top bloke cheers

I have been without hot water all weekend my old instantaneous died .I rang G.X.R.plumbers thinking I would be needing a new hot water system & would have to wait a day or two for a plumber to come out I was told how much it would cost & the plumber would be there about 12 or 1 pm . He was here about 11am.After looking at the heater he told us we had not been lighting the ignition correctly & apart from the unit being old it was in working order . I was not pressured into having a new unit & the plumber could have just put the new unit in & not told me anything I would have been non the wiser.

Great service. I was able to book the job on Saturday for a mid week appointment. Plumber arrived on time, had the correct tap replacement ready to install. We discussed a problem I had with my basin, which he proceeded to fix. All up I couldn’t be happier and would recommend GXR Plumbing to family and friends
