Was charged $200 for an inspection that literally lasted 15 mins, the employee was not very friendly (hardly said hi to myself or my partner), and was not talkative which was not helpful in trying to understand termite risks at our property. The inspections was very rushed and the employee left a mess inside the house and basically tried to get the job done as quickly as possible. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for friendly service and value for money, they were on time though.

Dishonest when issuing refunds.
While very pleasant to talk to on the phone, were very pushy into making a booking with the quote only being given off details over a phone call.
When checking with other companies, this sounded off so I decided to cancel the booking and get a refund on the deposit as it was still outside the four days notice.
Cancelled the booking fine, but getting a refund took multiple contacts and even then they only refunded 1/3 of the deposit and haven't replied to me about the rest of the deposit.
