Had a burst water heater and immediately called Dormic in panic. Michael was fantastic! He knew exactly the issue I was describing and after a few straightforward questions, he was able purchase a the right tank for me and came and installed everything professionally. I live some distance from my rental property and I engaged Michael, who is local to my rental property, to undertake some works. From start to finish, Michael handled the job so professionally and with excellent communication. He was prompt to provide a quote and the works were also carried out promptly. As it was inconvenient for me to visit the property to see the works that were done, he provided photographs of the work completed and necessary diagrams for town planning purposes. It was a refreshing experience and I highly recommend his services.
