Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Tried to set up a visit to estimate the cost of a new boiler; the woman on the phone was rude. She stated that it wasn't worth their time to bid on a project unless they were assured they would get the job. This company had done work for us in the past, and I expected more from them. Very disappointed.

We love our new deck and roof, it has completely transformed our outdoor living space and made it much more functional. Paul was lovely to deal with and had great communication through the whole process, we were so impressed with the finer details and finishes that he used, and all for a very reasonable price.
