We can only highly recommend Accurate Caravans!! Best company we've dealt with in a long time!! A++ customer service!! We have been turned down from several repairers after our caravan was damaged in a storm with waiting times for several months. We received a quick quote from Accurate Caravans and they took our van in the next week. From the first day we have been in the loop about the progress of the claim and repair and felt our caravan was in the best hands. The end result was better than we could have wished for. Our motorhome was rear ended. We took it to Accurate Caravans, Oxley, Brisbane for the insurance quote. Within a day they had contacted the insurance and were given the go ahead to do the repairs.
Accurate Caravans had it back to us in the estimated 2 weeks. It looks amazing. So pleased with the repairs and the punctual service.

After last night's heavy shower I checked out the neat and professional job Neil and his team at Accurate Caravans did in replacing the roof hatch, and lifting and resealing solar panel mounts on my very old but reliable motor home.

Warranty work carried out on caravan gas hot water system and 3-way fridge. Both jobs required replacing the whole units and was done in a day, job left neat and tidy and both to my satisfaction. Neil was very professional to deal with and is obviously very knowledgeable about his business.
