Please take a few minutes to browse around. I have been practising law in Western Australia for approximately 40 years, primarily in the area of commercial law. After graduating from the Law School at the University of Western Australia I started out in practice in Perth before relocating to Busselton 30 years ago and commencing practice in the south-west of Western Australia.

I have strong ties to the local community and have developed close relationships with local families and businesses over the years. The use of state-of-the-art technology means my client base extends to local, state, national and international clients. From time to time, everyone needs the assistance of a lawyer.
Services
It includes undertaking settlements for urban land, houses, farms, and commercial properties. The term also includes assistance in the sale or purchase, and settlement, of business contracts. There are many potential pitfalls for those who enter into contracts without the benefit of good advice. The contract and settlement processes are much less stressful if handled efficiently and with a sound contract.
It is vitally important that before any work is undertaken, both parties understand the terms upon which I am engaged. For that reason you will be asked to enter into a costs agreement with me, before the work is started. That costs agreement will contain all of the detail of how your legal costs are determined, as well as all of the other terms of the engagement.
This is an offer to enter into a costs agreement for the law practice to provide the legal services described in paragraph 3 of Part 2 on the terms and conditions set out in Part 2 and Part 3 and in the special conditions. This offer may be accepted by you in writing or by your conduct by continuing to give instructions to the law practice.
Professional fees are calculated on the complexity and nature of the matter in accordance with the relevant costs determination, including upon a time spent basis. The minimum unit of charge for time spent is one tenth of an hour, or 6 minutes and this applies where the attendance is of 6 minutes or less, so that attendances of less than 6 minutes are recorded at this minimum of 6 minutes.
