All Purpose Pumps is the only way to go if anyone is thinking about submersible pumps for basement job and anything that requires pumps. The people in our office has a combined experience of more than 100 years and unanimously, we rely on APP products when it comes to pumps requirements for all our basement designs. Incredible service; fast, professional, friendly and helpful. I called early on a Monday morning when I discovered our office kitchen had a small flood. The customer service team were responsive and proactive in helping trouble shoot the problem over the phone followed by a Technician being sent to our CBD office three hours later.
The Technician was also professional and he fixed the problem quickly and provided his expert advice around avoiding long term issues.
Highly recommend this company.
