Called a few days ago to make a purchase as they have some pretty good prices online. The lady who answered the phone probably showed the worst customer service I've experienced with little to no interest in selling me anything.
She answered with a brief hello, I explained what I was after and she was so inexperienced in her job. Didn't even know what a basic measurement or how to look up the item without a SKU number.
She was then to lazy to prolong to phone call and backorder me something and said to just email what I need. Usually it's the opposite and you fulfill the order over the phone

Bulk ordered, paid and then told the delivery date and delivery time slot, order didn't arrive, no phone call received, I called to follow up and I was told they would get back to me. No returned phone call. I called back an hour later and was told definitely that day. No phone call and no delivery. Got the delivery the following day. Excellent service until they get your money. Still waiting on the manager to call me to apologise like we were promised. I do not recommend Agnew at all. Very disappointing.
