Called Jon on a Monday evening and as my job was not a priority to me I let Jon decide on a booking date and he was on site by Wednesday morning. After a quick description of the problem Jon was quick to assess and action replacements and repairs.
Reasonably priced, Jon is courteous and a gentleman who cleaned up after himself, rare qualities to find in a tradie these days.

John provides courteous good old fashioned quality service at a very reasonable price. While a heavy workload prevented John from coming directly to us, he did his level best to resolve our TV reception problem over the phone. When he was able to come to the house he rectified what turned out to be a complicated problem.
Given the time he spent in an effort to problem solve over the phone and then his actual time at the house rectifying the situation his service fee was extremely reasonable.
I have already recommended him to a family friend who has been extremely satisfied with Johns customer
