After thoroughly assessing the machine Mark was very honest in explaining that the time/expense needed to source replacement parts and undertake repair meant it was better to move to a new unit. When my 7 year old Samsung machine had an issue, I left Mark a V/M which he promptly returned. I don't normally do reviews for businesses, let alone ones I don't end up utilising their services, but Mark was so helpful & honest on what we could do! He was able to give me a decent evaluation based on my description of the issue and in the end, gave me a fair approximation of what would be the best way forward ( which wasn't getting a repair)

I contact Mark as I was sold my washing machine and an hour later it stopped working. He listened to the issues and advised me that he could assist. When he turned up and ran the diagnostic there was no error cod Mark stayed on and ran the full cycle to confirm nothing was wrong. I was charged nothing for his time.

Would recommend to anyone I know! He told me price of call out and service fee which was very reasonable. Then came the following day after calling! He came on time, fixed the problem on the spot and price was very reasonable! I’m so happy now I have my washing machine fixed as I was ready to throw out thinking it was unfixable. Thankyou very much!!
