We hired James six months ago to help us with a particularly difficult situation. At the height of the COVID triggered lockdown, we were subject to some serious coercion and dubious action by a landlord for one of our businesses. We had difficulties getting enough new leads for our sales team and when we did get leads we weren’t getting the sales. We hired QSBC to advise us on what we could do differently. They made changes to everything, from how we advertise to how we deal with customers after they have purchased. They even made us change the way we hire and train staff. It was a lot of work, but all of our problems are now solved and each month things get better and better!
