I got my icc replaced öast week and it still was'nt right. So i went back to see what was wrong. And it was the aerial on the back window that was faulty. So they put a new $30.00 aerial on and charged me $262.00 to fit the aerial. Ripped OFF. Yes BUT over the weekend i noti ed that the top plastic cover on top of the icc unit, dash board, was not cliped in properly. And the thick round rubber on the fire wall between the back of the engine and the foot peddles was not put back. When i looked at it, i could see daylight through the hole where the rubber cap is that holds the wires comming from

Jobs that should take less than a hr suddenly turn into an all day event which you are charged for. I had booked in to have work done it was supposed to take an hr i even sat in the waiting room as it wasn't going to take very long.....fast forward 4 hrs later......with many excuses of oh such and such was called away on an emergency ...that's fine i get that emergencies happen but when the bill came tried to charge me for ever single hr my car sat there not being worked on..........never ever again
