I never leave google reviews, however my experience at Janai definitely warrants a lengthy and fantastic review!!! My partner and I accidentally stumbled upon Janai and it was the best accident ever!!! Absolutely amazing business with such caring and genuine employees <3333 Nicole Nguyen was sooo helpful and went out of her way to make the process of getting our rings so smooth. She was incredibly patient and helped us design the most beautiful ring I have ever laid my eyes on. If you are considering a store to purchase a ring - male or female, i 1000% recommend Nicole and Janai!

We went to a few well-known jewellers in CBD and felt reluctant to move forward. However, it was not the case when we met Jemima at Janai. She was very approachable and knowledgeable about rings. She thoroughly went through different designs and diamonds that in the end, my partner knew exactly what she wanted. The ring was ready before the estimated date and my partner absolutely love it. Absolutely incredible service. I had Regina to help me design, and create an engagement ring that my now fiancè absolutely loves!! From the moment I made a first call to her I was met with professionalism, friendliness, and flexibility. I truly felt like a V.I.P member at Janai.

We recently returned to Janai to purchase our wedding bands after having a wonderful experience purchasing my partners engagement ring. Alice looked after us and we couldn't have asked for anyone more caring and geniune. She helped us pick the perfect wedding bands and made sure we were completely happy with the final product. In April this year I started to hunt for my perfect ring. I started with Sydney because I live in the city. Unfortunately none of the jewel shops I have been to can beat what I experienced from Janai, especially the consultant Amelie. She is so incredibly patient and knowledgeable, willing to share all information including those behind the screen. Had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew, he was informative and patient with my diamond search. First of all I need to give shout out to Nicole Nguyen who greeted me with a very warm and welcoming smile. She offers top quality service. She proactively offers me something to drink and make sure I feel comfortable. She gives me enough time to look through all the rings and diamonds without stressing me out. She patiently explain everything about the diamond rings to me and make sure I understand everything as a first time diamond ring buyer. If you're in the market for an engagement ring these guys are good. I wasn't, but I went in to pick up a ring for a friend (honest) and while I waited for the staff to confirm I wasn't here to fleece them they took me through their design book and it was pretty impressive.
In consultation with their customers, Janai design their own rings and make them on premises. They're pretty snazzy-looking and they also educate potential customers about diamonds, regardless of whether they buy with Janai or not, just to make sure you don't get cubic zirconia instead of a prime cut
